Our full-time placements are 100% contingent upon you hiring the candidate. This means you only pay if you hire a candidate from SelekIT. Our fees cover the search and placement process. We work closely with you to ensure that onboarding, training, mentorship, and expectations for success are clear from the start. Additionally, we offer a 100-day free replacement guarantee in the rare event that things don’t work out with the hired candidate.
Temporary/Contract/Freelance Searches:
All temporary, contract, and freelance employees will be on SelekIT’s payroll, and we will cover all employment-related expenses, including benefits and insurance.
